June wanted me to name the last one TOGM Glorious TOGM!, but I forgot and she didn't mention it any time around when I was putting it together. So I made used it here :)
There was initially a "Where's RZ?!" comment, but though I'm okay with it still being the final shot of this section, I didn't see a purpose in having anyone asking for him...
So I guess that he's showing that there isn't anything sacred about the creation of brain substitute ;)
Oh, I just wanted to say that we were in 10th (:O) for TopWebcomics. While I really appreciate the support, I have been asked to lay off of the 'get drawn into TOGM' things, and we still can't afford to send out T shirts... So if you were only voting for something, now would be a good time to stop :) I might come up with something else later, but for now, it's just our appreciation for the support.
Not sure if people will notice this, but just as a heads up, we were interviewed, and we're going to post a special picture and the link to the stuff on Saturday :)
To be honest a "Did anyone see RZ?" would be priceless.
Now it seems like RZ doesn't care about the brain dye or TOGM looking like a brain for that matter...
Which, ofcourse, is an obsolete statement to make since he's still a kid (And a Two)
@Muchacho NL - Not to mention that he's the one character who would slurp TOGM off the floor :)
@Sooty - That statement is made even better when you look at June's about almost losing her buffer :) We miiiight be able to get an extra page out, but I have to admit, we're dealing with some stuff that if we didn't have a buffer to burn, we would have been missing updates.
I Love Beth stealing a washing machine sized machine.
So much for the TOGMonopoly!
I just had a thought, I wonder how big the stockpile of TOGM is?
If you disrupted services for, say a week to 10 days, would Robert have enough reserve to pull through, or would it be a total catastrophe?
Surely he would have some contingency plan in place; a massive stockpile or 2; or a beta factory far away (and no I'm not calling you shirley)?
One thing that you could do in regard to the voting that I've seen done elsewhere is have the image that displays after the vote be the first panel of the next strip. Doesn't have to have any color, speech balloons, or anything like that... just a sneak peek that helps to build anticipation and is something you'd be producing anyway.
@T.Gatto - It wouldn't be a huge deal to Robert, who has the facilities and abilities to sort himself out... but destroying the primary producer of TOGM would result in a significant deficit for the majority of them...
@Croaxleigh - You know, that's a pretty great idea ;)
They're just helping themselves, aren't they! The Phantom forgot you're supposed to defeat your enemy before you take the spoils. Robert may be mildly distracted, but he's totally not defeated!
The Phantom is a scavenger :) He doesn't wait to take anything! And Katie just steals whatever isn't nailed down.... And if she can pry it up, it isn't nailed down!
Not really. There aren't anyone who really know about this process, so they wouldn't really ... get the difference, I guess? So far as everyone is concerned, this is the base product. Fancy restaurants would just have a fancier presentation / atmosphere.
